Job Description

Position Summary:



The Service Technician is responsible for installing, maintaining, and repairing equipment or systems for customers. This role ensures that all service work is completed efficiently, safely, and to company and customer quality standards. The ideal candidate possesses strong technical skills, problem-solving abilities, and a commitment to excellent customer service.


Key Responsibilities:



Perform installation, troubleshooting, maintenance, and repair of [equipment/machinery/systems -- e.g., HVAC units, electrical systems, vehicles, IT hardware]. Diagnose issues accurately and determine the most effective solutions. Conduct routine inspections and preventive maintenance to ensure optimal equipment performance. Respond to customer service requests in a timely and professional manner. Keep detailed records of services performed, parts used, and time spent on each job. Maintain tools, equipment, and work vehicles in proper working condition. Follow all company, safety, and regulatory guidelines. Communicate effectively with customers and team members regarding service updates and recommendations. Participate in ongoing technical training and development opportunities.



Requirements:


1. Salary SGD2500 per month


2. Working days: 5.5days per week.


3. Driving license, class 3 required.


4. Working hours: Mon to Friday 9am-6pm, Sat: 9am to 1pm.


5. Salary will be reviewed yearly
