The Service Technician will assist the Technical Service Supervisor to provide an exceptional customer service experience by providing quality service repairs, installations and preventative maintenance for our customers which includes:
Service and troubleshoot complained products from customers
Assembly and testing of the product before delivery
Installation of product at customers' site
Documents service and installation actions by completing forms, reports, logs, and records
Accountable for all tools and equipment usages issued by the Company
Participate in all jobs related training to keep updated with solutions offered by Company
Make occasional overseas trips for training/workshops and to provide technical support to other international Boncafe Group of Companies as required
Perform other duties as assigned.
Requirements
Minimum Nitec in Electrical/Mechanical Fitting and Installation or any related field
With or without experience in a technical service environment
Candidates with experience is an added advantage
Patient, problem solver, able to interact with all levels of people
Willing to perform occasional overtime and standby duty after office hours & on weekends/public holidays as required
Willing to travel overseas as and when required on short notice
Possess a valid Class 3 driving license.
