- Perform monthly routine service for Fan Coil Units (FCU), Air Handling Units (AHU) and Split Units under service agreement.
- Perform troubleshooting and give recommendations for repairs for Fan Coil Units (FCU), Air Handling Units (AHU) and Split Units under service agreement
- Perform recommended repairs for the Fan Coil Units (FCU), Air Handling Units (AHU) and Split Units under service agreement
- Liaise with customer technicians on maintenance and repair schedule
- Perform 24/7 standby duty (rostered) for airside units complaint and breakdown
- Ensure safety procedures and conduct during service or repairs.
Requirements:
- Min Nitec / Higher Nitec / Diploma holder in Mechanical / Electrical / Electronic or equivalent.
- Tertiary qualification in Air Conditioning & Refrigeration / HVAC (added advantage)
- Min 2 years hands-on experience in HVAC or M&E industry
- Those with HVAC system & components - those chiller experience is added advantage.
- On-job training provided.
