We can offer you a broad and challenging role where you offer service and customer assistance during site visits.About the JobThe Service Technician at Munters is responsible for traveling to customer sites to perform repairs, maintenance, and troubleshooting of commercial and industrial dehumidification equipment. This role requires strong diagnostic and technical skills, the ability to work independently, and a commitment to providing excellent customer service. The Service Technician ensures equipment operates efficiently and meets customer needs, while also promoting sales and service opportunities.Role and Responsibility:Travel to customer sites to perform repairs, troubleshooting, and maintenance of commercial and industrial dehumidification equipment.Diagnose and correct malfunctions on all equipment, ensuring efficient and reliable operation.Provide training to customers on standard Munters equipment, helping them understand basic operations and maintenance procedures.Submit detailed field service reports, providing technical feedback on equipment performance and service activities.Communicate professionally with customers in a service-oriented manner, both in person and through writing and phone calls.Promote sales and service of Munters equipment during customer interactions, identifying potential opportunities for upgrades and additional services.Ensure adherence to safety procedures and regulations during all service activities, maintaining a safe working environment for both technicians and customers.Candidate Requirements:NITEC (NTC 2/3) or Diploma in Electrical, Mechanical, or Electronic EngineeringHands-on experience in the installation, maintenance, and repair of HVAC systems or related technical equipmentExperience in routine maintenance and repairs of mechanical or electrical systemsKnowledge of BMS systems and HVAC control is an added advantageAbility to communicate technical information clearly and effectively with team members and customersPossess a valid Singapore Class 3 driving licenseWhat we offer:Competitive salary that commensurate with work experienceCareer advancement opportunities within the organisationComprehensive benefits, including insurance and medical coverageAt Munters, you get the chance to influence and solve meaningful problems for society.
