Job Description

:Our client is transforming the cleaning industry with advanced robotic solutions that tackle manpower challenges. Their innovative robots are already making a difference in 30 countries! As they continue to grow, they are seeking a Service Technician to join their team. The position may require you to travel to different countries within the Asia region.\xef\xbb\xbfKey Responsibilities:

• Provide technical assistance during product demonstrations and sales trials to help customers understand our cleaning robots.
• Train customers on how to use and maintain our cleaning robots, and certify them for proper operation.
• Address technical inquiries, quickly identify issues, and troubleshoot robot malfunctions to ensure minimal downtime and maintain customer satisfaction.
• Work with internal teams to address and solve robot issues, both on-site and for factory returns.
• Stay updated on the latest robot technologies and use this knowledge to assist customers.
• Collect feedback to help improve the product and share insights with the R&D team.
• Travel to customer sites as needed for onsite support, training, and troubleshooting services.
• Assist with any additional duties assigned by the manager.

Requirements:

• Diploma or certificate in electrical, electronics, or mechanical engineering.
• 2-3 years in technical support or servicing, ideally in robotics or automation.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving capabilities.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective customer training and support.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Up-to-date knowledge of the latest advancements in cleaning robot technologies.
• Must be willing to travel for customer support and training.
• Class 3 driving license is a plus.
