Our client provides world-class instruments for gas analysis, measurement, and control and are vital to manufacturers and end-users in the complex fabrication of semiconductors and thin film coatings for optics, flat panel displays, solar cells, and industrial vacuum coating applications.
- In-House and on-site Service
- Diagnose / troubleshoot, quote, process PO, order spare parts & repair products.
- Prepare administrative documentation for all repair cases as required by Company\'s SOP or Policy not limited to SAP only.
- Maintain repair shop or workshop cleanliness and organized
- Sourcing and fabrication of troubleshooting tools
- Maintain Demo Equipment to ensure operational
- Ensure spare parts availability to optimal
- Responsible for increase service revenue and improve turnaround time (TAT) of repair process.
- Assist payment issues with customers on billed repair orders
- Other duties assigned by superior and/or management of the Company
- Only Singaporeans
- Must possess at least Higher NITEC or Diploma in Electrical or Mechatronics Engineering
- Able to handle weight of at least ~20KG
