The Service Waiter/Waitress plays a key role in delivering a premium guest experience within the nightclub. This role is responsible for providing attentive, professional table service, maintaining high standards of hygiene and presentation, and ensuring smooth coordination with the operations team. The position requires strong interpersonal skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced nightlife environment.

Key Responsibilities
Guest Service
Provide
attentive and professional table service
, including taking orders, serving drinks, and attending to guest requests.
Ensure guests feel welcomed, comfortable, and well looked after throughout their visit.
Anticipate guest needs and respond promptly to requests.
Uphold the club's service etiquette, grooming, and presentation standards.
Operational Support
Prepare tables and service areas before opening, ensuring readiness and cleanliness.
Assist in
stocking and replenishing service items
(glassware, menus, condiments, napkins).
Coordinate with bar, kitchen, and floor supervisors to ensure smooth and timely service.
Report any service issues, guest complaints, or incidents to the floor supervisor/manager.
Hygiene & Safety
Maintain
strict hygiene standards
in all service areas, including tables, trays, and equipment.
Follow proper procedures for
handling food and beverages
.
Ensure personal grooming and hygiene meet the club's standards at all times.
Support end-of-shift cleaning routines to ensure the venue is guest-ready for the next day.
Teamwork & Compliance
Work closely with fellow waitstaff, supervisors, and security to ensure a safe and enjoyable environment for guests.
Adhere to
responsible service of alcohol policies
and all relevant health, safety, and licensing regulations.
Participate in regular
training sessions
to improve service skills and knowledge of SOPs.
Qualifications & Skills
Previous experience in
hospitality, nightlife, or F&B service
preferred but not mandatory (training provided).
Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a
guest-first mindset

Ability to remain professional, calm, and efficient in a
fast-paced, high-pressure environment

Attention to detail in service delivery, hygiene, and personal presentation.
