We are seeking a highly experienced

ServiceNow Architect

with a strong background in the financial services industry. The successful candidate will lead the design and implementation of scalable ServiceNow solutions, with a particular focus on

IT Asset Management (ITAM), IT Operations Management (ITOM), and Certificate Lifecycle Management

.


Key responsibilities include:


Architect and implement scalable ServiceNow solutions tailored to financial industry requirements. Lead platform design and governance for ITAM, ITOM, and Certificate Lifecycle Management modules. Ensure compliance with

financial regulations, enterprise security, and data governance policies

. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather business requirements and deliver integrated solutions. Oversee integrations with CMDB, identity management, and other enterprise platforms. Provide technical leadership, guidance, and mentorship to ServiceNow developers and administrators. Define and enforce

best practices

for ServiceNow development, deployment, and maintenance. Stay abreast of

ServiceNow platform upgrades, enhancements, and fintech trends

to propose innovations.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in

Computer Science, Information Systems, IT

, or related field.

10+ years of experience

in ServiceNow architecture, design, and development. Proven track record working in

financial services or banking environments

. Expertise in

ITAM, ITOM, and Certificate Lifecycle Management

. ServiceNow certifications (CIS, CAD, or equivalent) strongly preferred. Strong knowledge of JavaScript, ServiceNow scripting, and integration APIs. Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills. * Familiarity with

Agile delivery methodologies

and enterprise project frameworks.
