Job Description
Introduction to the role:
Our reputable client in Singapore is seeking a well knowledge and organized professional in the ServiceNow space. This consultant will have experience on product ownership/management to drive the product and business planning process across DevOps teams and business customer.
The Position:
While driving the product and business planning process, this consultant will need to analyze consumer needs, current market trends from an ROI and OOTB against custom perspective. Day to Day will include:
- Translate product strategy into detail requirements for prototype construction and final product development by engineering teams.
- Collaborate closely with process owners on the development, QA and release of products and balance of resources to ensure success.
- Experience on product ownership/management for Knowledge Management, SLM, Reporting, Service catalogue.
- Good to have experience on case management product suite (HR, SPO)
- Good Communication skills as the role will span across projects and operations, driving capabilities maturity internally.
- Good to have experience on projects implementations and ways of working to establish a robust DevOps.
