Job Description
Responsibilities:
Design, develop, and customize ServiceNow applications and modules Build and configure workflows, forms, business rules, and UI policies Implement and maintain ServiceNow ITSM, ITOM, or related modules Integrate ServiceNow with third-party systems using REST/SOAP APIs Provide technical support, troubleshooting, and enhancements as needed
Requirements:
Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience in ServiceNow development Proficiency in JavaScript, Glide scripting, and ServiceNow Studio Experience in ServiceNow platform administration and configuration Familiarity with integration methods and web services * ServiceNow certification (Developer or Administrator) is a plus
