Job Description

:

Design, configure, and customise ServiceNow applications and modules (e.g., ITSM, SecOps). Develop and maintain scripts, workflows, business rules, and UI policies to automate processes. Collaborate with stakeholders to gather technical requirements and translate them into ServiceNow solutions. Integrate ServiceNow with third-party applications and platforms using APIs, MID Servers, and other integration methods. Support upgrades, patches, and enhancements to the ServiceNow platform. Develop and maintain ServiceNow dashboards and reports. Perform unit testing, troubleshoot issues, and resolve defects in a timely manner. Contribute to documentation, knowledge transfer, and best practice guidelines for ServiceNow development.

Requirements:

1-2 years of working experience in ServiceNow development, in particularly in ServiceNow modules such as ServiceNow IT Service Management (ITSM) or ServiceNow SecOps (Vulnerability Response).
Top 3 Must have skills / Primary skills:


Have experience in implementing either ServiceNow IT Service Management (ITSM) or ServiceNow SecOps (Vulnerability Response). Have at least 1 year of experience in ServiceNow development. Have experience in designing and implementing scalable and robust architectures on low code/ncode platforms, particularly within complex enterprise environments. Preferably with certifications in low/ncode ServiceNow platform.
Completed the following ServiceNow certifications:


ServiceNow Certified Application Developer. ServiceNow Certified System Administrator. ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist for Vulnerability Response

Completed the ServiceNow IT Service Management Fundamentals training. * Completed the ServiceNow Security Operations Fundamentals training.
