Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced ServiceNow Solution Architect to lead and define the technical architecture for complex ServiceNow implementations. The ideal candidate will possess deep knowledge of the ServiceNow platform, particularly within CSM modules, and experience designing scalable, secure, and integrated solutions. The Solution Architect will collaborate with stakeholders, define best practices, and oversee technical governance across projects.

Key Responsibilities

Design and oversee the technical architecture of ServiceNow solutions, focusing on CSM modules and integrations. Collaborate with business and IT stakeholders to align architecture with strategic goals. Establish and enforce technical standards, best practices, and platform governance models. Guide and mentor developers and consultants in implementing scalable ServiceNow components. Evaluate and select tools and frameworks to ensure system scalability, maintainability, and security. Review technical designs, perform architecture assurance reviews, and support sprint planning. Contribute to ServiceNow platform strategy, roadmap planning, and innovation initiatives.

Technical Skills

--------------------

Extensive experience with ServiceNow CSM module, data models, and workflows. Expertise in designing REST/SOAP API integrations, MID Server, and IntegrationHub. Strong understanding of ServiceNow App Engine, Flow Designer, and Business Rules. Proficiency in architectural documentation and technical design documents (TSDDs). Knowledge of government or public sector architecture requirements (preferred).

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field. Minimum 7 years of experience in IT, with 5+ years in ServiceNow architecture roles. Experience with platform governance, scalable solution design, and agile delivery models. Strong interpersonal and communication skills to engage cross-functional teams.

ServiceNow Certified Technical Architect ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist - CSM ServiceNow Certified Application Developer TOGAF, ITIL v4 Foundation (preferred)
