About the Role

We are seeking an accomplished ServiceNow Technical Architect to lead the design, development, and governance of our enterprise ServiceNow platform. This role is pivotal in driving architectural excellence, ensuring platform scalability, and aligning technical solutions with strategic business objectives.


The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of ServiceNow's architecture, design patterns, integration frameworks, and implementation methodologies across multiple modules (ITSM, HRSD, CSM, ITOM, ITAM, etc.).

Key Responsibilities

Architect, design, and oversee the end-to-end technical implementation of ServiceNow solutions aligned with enterprise standards and best practices. Translate complex business requirements into robust, scalable, and secure technical designs leveraging the Now Platform capabilities. Serve as the technical authority and trusted advisor to stakeholders, delivery teams, and leadership on ServiceNow architecture decisions. Define and enforce platform governance, data models, integration patterns, and development standards to ensure long-term sustainability. Lead and mentor developers, administrators, and implementation consultants in technical design, coding, and performance optimization. Conduct platform health assessments, performance tuning, and continuous improvement of ServiceNow environments. Stay abreast of ServiceNow product roadmaps and emerging features, providing guidance on adoption and platform evolution. Oversee release management, security compliance, and environment strategy for production and non-production instances.

Required Skills & Experience

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field. 8+ years of ServiceNow experience, including 3+ years in an architectural or lead technical capacity. Proven expertise across multiple ServiceNow modules (e.g., ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, CSM, ITAM). Strong knowledge of ServiceNow scripting (JavaScript, Glide APIs), Flow Designer, IntegrationHub, REST/SOAP APIs, and data management. Deep understanding of ServiceNow platform architecture, security model, ACLs, CMDB, and performance optimization. Hands-on experience with integration and orchestration between ServiceNow and third-party enterprise systems. Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to influence technical direction and stakeholder alignment. Demonstrated experience in Agile/Scrum delivery environments.

Certifications (Highly Preferred)

ServiceNow Certified Technical Architect (CTA) ServiceNow Certified Master Architect (CMA) - highly advantageous ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS) in at least one major module (ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, or CSM) ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA)

Desirable Attributes

Strong understanding of enterprise architecture frameworks (TOGAF, ITIL, COBIT). Experience with cloud-native environments (Azure, AWS) and identity management (SSO, SAML, OAuth). Demonstrated ability to design scalable, multi-instance architectures for global enterprises. * Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities with a proactive mindset.
