We\'re currently representing a growing hyperscale DC operator in seeking an experienced Senior Services and Commissioning Manager to lead the successful delivery of data center projects across the Asia Pacific region. - Lead multiple projects through design review, commissioning, and handover
- Collaborate with stakeholders to meet requirements and drive improvements
- Conduct detailed design reviews and plan commissioning processes
- Ensure safety and environmental policies are followed
- Coordinate technical issues, stakeholder engagement, and reporting
- Drive successful factory testing and witness commissioning activities
- Establish and coordinate commissioning schedules and defect management processesKey Requirements:
- At least 10 years of experience as a Commissioning Manager lead in data center projects
- Bachelor\'s degree in building services, electrical, or mechanical engineering (or trade qualified)
- Strong understanding of multi-disciplinary building services design, construction, and commissioning
- Experience interfacing with data center MEP suppliers, contractors, and commissioning agents in APAC
- Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills
