  • Supporting all internal customers\' requests for RMA, loan or other maintenance stock related activities
  • Assist Services team in spares planning with adequate spare ratio and purchases with feedback from GNC and customers\' RMA statistics, with maximizing cost saving as priority
  • Update of excel inventory stock sheet to maintain real time stock level which is particularly important to GNC
  • Update AX on stock level, s/n changes, p/n changes, location changes, etc
  • Post all RMA transaction in AX Equipment master and Inventory master, update all RMA related Service Agreement to ensure correct s/n updated after RMA
  • Create new equipment in AX Equipment master and Service Agreement as and when required for RMA posting
  • Test customer returned RMA items, will put back store if tested ok, minimize purchasing of additional spares to achieve cost savings to the company
  • Raise both warranty or Cisco Smartnet (or equivalent) RMA with vendor (Cisco, Meraki, Aruba, Fortinet) on RMA returned items
  • Raise NFR deal request in Cisco CCW for approval
  • Raise PO in AX to vendors for both maintenance spares
  • Storage space and capacity management
  • Accountable for inventory accuracy and cycle count and periodic stock take activities
  • Other ad-hoc tasks as assigned
Role Requirements:
  • 3-5 years working experience in Logistics operations
  • Relevant diploma in Logistics, Supply Chain Management or Warehouse Management
  • Knowledge in different functional areas of transportation, warehouse, distribution, inventory management and shipping
  • Attention to detail and high level of accuracy and ability to multi-task and prioritize in a fast paced and dynamic environment
  • Good organizational, interpersonal and communication skills
  • Good command of IT knowledge and MS office applications such as Excel and Word
