Servora Recruitment is scaling fast, and we're looking for a

responsible, detail-obsessed, CEI-certified EA Personnel

(Basic)

to join our backend squad.
If you love structure, coordination, compliance, and being the invisible engine that keeps everything running smoothly this role is your playground.

What You'll Be Doing (Core Responsibilities)

You'll be the operational backbone of Servora:

Manage all

helper candidate workflows

-- screening, scheduling, interviews & onboarding. Create

accurate, polished helper biodata

from scratch (photos, employment history, skills, personality notes). Handle

MOM processes

end-to-end: IPA, WP, SIP, Medical, thumbprint, card collection. Coordinate

arrival, deployment & post-deployment follow-ups

. Ensure full

MOM compliance

, clean documentation & zero-error submissions. Maintain updated records, track timelines, and monitor helper progress. Support employers only when needed for document requirements. Provide remote customer service via

WhatsApp, calls (minimal), and email

. Keep backend operations running like a well-oiled machine.

Requirements (Non-Negotiables & Good-to-Have)

Valid

CEI (Basic)

certification -- must have Strong communication skills in Fluent English (phone, WhatsApp, email) High accuracy & strong admin skills Comfortable working independently Microsoft Office (Excel & Word) proficiency | Canva Prior FDW/maid agency experience =

Self-driven, disciplined, and able to manage timelines without supervision
