About the role
We are seeking a Senior / Clinic Assistant
who will provide operational support for the clinics with the following job responsibilities:
Handles front desk registration of patients, schedule medical appointments, dispense medications and consumables and payment collection
Error free results entry to CMS system
Responsible for correct billings/invoices; accountable for cash collection and ensure accuracy
Conduct monthly stock taking of drugs and consumables
Assist Doctor to provide treatment and medical examination
Ensure that the clinics are kept clean and tidy at all time
To carry out any other duties and responsibilities as assigned by Supervisor/Manager
About you
Minimum 1 - 3 years of related clinic assistant or customer service experience preferred
Able to work on rostered shifts, which includes some weekends and public holidays
Excellent communication skills
Computer Literacy is required
Unquestioned integrity and high standards in the work you do
