About the role We are seeking an organized and experienced Dietary Attendant to work alongside our Centre Manager. The successful candidate will be responsible for food service and maintenance of the pantry area. The Dietary Attendant will help to ensure that the pantry is always fully stocked, clean, and organized.
Job Responsibilities

• Organize and maintain the pantry area, including the inventory management of all items kept in the pantry.
• Ensure that all food items are stored appropriately and in compliance with health and safety regulations.
• Checks that food are served against patients\xe2\x80\x99 meal order slips
• Serving of meals trays to patients and collecting of soiled trays once patients have finished their meals
• Perform regular checks of inventory levels, and notify the Centre Manager when stock is running low
• Assist with the food ordering, receiving, and storing of supplies and materials.
• Follow every instruction on infection control and wear the appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE) at all times
• Comply to all service quality, infection control, health and safety requirements to maintain a safe and clean environment Undertake duties as assigned by Centre Manager

• High school diploma and/or relevant training or experience in F&B field.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work well independently and as part of a team.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Flexibility and adaptability to changing situations and demands.
• Must be physically fit and able to lift heavy objects, stand for extended periods of time, and work in a fast-paced environment.
• Knowledge of health and safety regulations, and food safety practices.
• Strong knowledge of office systems such as Gsuite and clinical procedures is preferred
• Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively
