Our primary job is to establish and expand our collaboration with insurance providers, healthcare agencies and corporate clients in order to provide healthcare to employees and the community.
About the role
We are seeking a Head of Business Development (Singapore) to join the Singapore team who will lead a team of talented Business Development Managers & Executives to identify and secure new business opportunities as well as lead relationship development for key clients (eg. Insurers, Brokers, Corporate MNCs). This role will require the candidate to be both data and relationship-driven, with intuitive strategic insight to understand clients\xe2\x80\x99 needs, patience and empathy to cultivate trust, and identify key value propositions to engage meaningfully with multiple stakeholders of different departments.
The ideal candidate will be a seasoned dealmaker and an entrepreneurial and experienced sales leader with business development and strategic partnerships experience. He/She has the ability to think through how markets need to adapt to support paradigm-shifting technology. The candidate\xe2\x80\x99s core skill sets should be in business development, deal execution, partner and stakeholder management, cross-functional collaboration, project execution, and team leadership.
The candidate will need to be a proven growth leader with the ability to work independently and at the same time work effectively with DA leadership and cross-functional teams. As a team leader, the candidate should possess passion, empathy, motivation, and demonstrated success managing a high-performing team. A strong interest, curiosity, network, and experience in technology, healthcare, insurance are desirable. Lastly, candidates should be comfortable working up and down organizations and with multiple stakeholders, internally and externally, and be capable of building strong relationships with partners and customers.
This role reports directly to the Vice President, Commercial.
