This role supports the APAC Business Development team in day-to-day sales coordination and administrative duties. You will be involved in order processing, tracking sales activities, and ensuring smooth operational support across teams.
Key Responsibilities
Prepare and process sales documents such as Sales Orders, Purchase Orders and Delivery Orders using the company system
Track sales metrics, project timelines, licenses and contract renewals
Coordinate with internal finance team on invoicing-related information
Maintain customer records, CRM database, document library and shared knowledge base
Support sales initiatives, follow-ups and customer enquiries
Assist with coordination between suppliers, customers and internal stakeholders
Requirements
Diploma in Business / Marketing or related field
Positive learning attitude and proactive work approach
Strong attention to detail and process improvement mindset
Comfortable working with numbers and Excel formulas (training can be provided)
Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Good English communication skills
Experience in sales administration or sales operations preferred
Technology industry background is an advantage
