Roles & Responsibilities Description of Responsibilities and Duties Lead/Participate in solder wire / fine powder projects, inclusive of

• new machine / product / process / raw material evaluation / development.

• existing machine / product / process control and sustaining

• troubleshooting of line issues and customer complaints
• Support daily AM production in terms of process, equipment, product characteristic, quality assurance and shipment
• Work closely with cross functional teams such as manufacturing, maintenance and QA team to define new / improved processes, procedures, workflows and documents
• Responsible for continual process improvement of the yield, productivity, scrap rate cost saving, MES system setup and OTD for area of responsibility.

• Collaborate with and manage suppliers to support running of AM processes, machine development and automation solution for industrialize 4.0.
• Lead/Participate in process control improvement projects to improve product quality, decrease manufacturing cost and improve product performance.

Job Specifications

• Assembly Material/Semiconductor related knowledge and practical experience prefer.
• Knowledge in dispersion/gas atomization process for powder production is highly advantageous

• Experience in resolving a manufacturing process and product issues indepedently.

• Strong problem analysis, troubleshooting and solving skills.
• Knowledge in statistical tools(SPC, Minitab/JMP) will be prefered

• Skilled in problem analysing and solving using statistical methodology

Abilities

• Possess the ability to work effectively and independently.
• Have the capabilities to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw logical conclusions.

Education Bachelor of Engineering/Science (Mechanical, Chemical, Electrical and Electronics, Material Science, Physics).
Experience Min 3-5 years of experience in assembly material manufacturing and process line sustaining.
Working Location

• Pioneer (West)
• Transport picks up at Jurong East MRT or Boon Lay MRT

Working Hours

• 8.15 am to 5.15pm
• Monday to Friday
