Job Summary
As a YSL Beauty Makeup Artist, you will be a key ambassador of the brand, embodying its luxurious and edgy aesthetic. You will provide exceptional makeup artistry services, expert product knowledge, and personalized consultations to create a premium beauty experience for YSL clients. Your creativity, technical skills, and passion for beauty will contribute significantly to building brand awareness, driving sales, and fostering client loyalty.
Key Responsibilities

• Exceptional Makeup Artistry: Demonstrate advanced makeup techniques, including color matching, contouring, highlighting, and eye makeup application. Stay up-to-date on the latest makeup trends and techniques.
• Client Engagement and Consultation: Engage clients in a warm and welcoming manner, providing expert advice on YSL Beauty products and creating a luxurious and personalized experience.
• Sales Performance and Product Expertise: Achieve and exceed individual and team sales targets by effectively promoting and selling YSL Beauty products.
• Event and Promotional Support: Represent YSL Beauty at various events, including store promotions, masterclasses, fashion shows, and other special occasions.
• Visual Merchandising and Brand Image: Maintain the highest standards of hygiene and cleanliness at the makeup counter.
• Teamwork and Collaboration: Contribute positively to a collaborative and supportive team environment.
• Training and Development: Participate in ongoing training and development programs to enhance makeup artistry skills and product knowledge. Stay abreast of industry trends and innovations.

Qualifications:

• Professional makeup artistry certification or equivalent experience.
• Proven experience in makeup application, preferably within a luxury retail environment.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to connect with a diverse clientele.
• Passion for beauty and cosmetics, with a strong understanding of current trends and techniques.
• Demonstrated ability to achieve sales targets and provide exceptional customer service.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
• Strong alignment with the YSL brand image and values.
