Manage AMEA Analytics Centre of Excellence to deliver new digital capabilities to AMEA Region and help FedEx to build the smartest and most efficient supply chain in the world. Key process includes but not limited to: Data Engineering & Analytics Systems, Data Management & Governance, Data Analytics, Data Science & Operations Research. Essential Duties: Design and execute the Tech road-map for AMEA Planning & Operations for all applications for Planning, Ops support and Performance Management. Responsible to align road-maps and resource utilization across the Enterprise as One FedEx team, influencing global teams to include regional business requirements. Collaborate with the wider AMEA leadership team to drive success of business plans and AMEA strategic objectives. Develop, deploy and effectively promote tools\' adoption within Planning and Operations across over 20 directly served countries. Fully understand and channel the Voice of the Customers (i.e. internal end-users) to continuously improve upon functional specifications. Manage and prioritize resources to deliver on the top priorities for the Enterprise and the Region.
Education: Bachelor\'s degree/equivalent in technological or scientific disciplines (i.e. Data/Research Science, Software Development &/or Data Engineering, Mathematics etc.), Master\'s degree preferred.
Working Experience: Minimum of 4 years management and leadership experience in tech disciplines with proven successful record of driving transformation of business and digital products development and deployment.
Additional: Strong business partnership skills, ability to operate in complex and matrix organizations across different geographies and cultures, proven people leadership skills, result delivery and excellent communication skills are essential for this position.
