Tasks

• Design of thermal simulation models for complex instrument clusters / displays / head-up displays together with their environment.
• Perform and analysis of thermal simulations and creation of thermal concepts based on the results
• To interpret the simulated results with respect to automotive environment and test conditions
• To provide thermal concepts and solutions to ensure quality, cost competitiveness and compliance in high-volume automotive production
• Work with global team to provide thermal concept development and strategy to worldwide R&D locations

Qualifications

• . Degree/Masters in Electrical Electronic/Mechanical Engineering or Physics
• Good knowledge of thermodynamics (temperature distributions, heat flow, thermal transfer)
• Good experiences of the simulation program FloTherm
• Experience in CAD solutions such as CATIA V5 and PTC Creo
• Good analytical skills
• Knowledge in the areas of electronics, mechanics and optics design
• Excellent team player with good interpersonal skills
• Customer-oriented, able to work independently under tight schedules
• Willing to travel for work attachment and training
