:The Risk & Research Services team provides bespoke solutions for organizations who seek to understand the risk of doing business with entities and individuals. Risk & Research Services comprises three global teams, Due Diligence, Managed Services and Content Curation. The Due Diligence team researches specific individuals and/or entities upon client demand and delivers their findings in a structured report format. Managed Services offers screening and remediation services to clients globally who lack resources, knowledge and/or time to perform these exercises themselves. The Content Curation team creates and delivers curated Factiva content features including My Company Today and Factiva Expert Searches.As Director, Delivery, Risk & Research Services, you will be responsible for managing a global team of Due Diligence and Managed Services Delivery Managers in addition to the global Content Curation team. You will work closely with your team, Risk & Research Services management, service providers and internal partners ensuring client requests are correctly received, processed, and delivered in a timely manner.The Director, Delivery, Risk & Research Services is responsible for improving the delivery team\'s workflow, methodology and efficiency, implementing change where required to improve all the Dow Jones Risk & Research Services product offerings. The Director, Delivery, Risk & Research Services is also required to provide training/mentoring and leadership to his/her direct reports as well as to other Data & AI research teams when necessary, and ensure that targets and deadlines are met. You will report to the Senior Director, Risk & Research Services.You WillDefine and oversee implementation of workflows for the Due Diligence and Managed Services teams (including effective mailbox policies), aligning delivery processes with global product standards.Develop methodologies and processes relating to report, project, and MCT newsletter deliveries, as well as, client/sales communication that enables quality service and products across regions.Provide support for Factiva by creating expert searches, trending topics, web agents and performing quality checks, and translations as needed.Have an automation mindset by initiating and driving change to existing delivery team workflows and methodologies to create efficiencies and quality improvements with shared benefits across the global team.Provide clear, responsive and proactive communication to clients, ensuring requests from clients and prospective clients are dealt with effectively and in a timely way.Oversee the assignment process for all Due Diligence reports, Managed Services projects, and MCT newsletters including the development of a robust assignment workflow to ensure optimum capacity availability across the global teams.Collaborate and partner with internal stakeholders including Sales, Product, and Content Strategy to drive the innovation and strategy of the Risk & Research Services businesses and be a key representative of the Due Diligence, Managed Services, and Content Curation teams in interactions with clients.Accurately scope and scale projects, assist Director R&C Services, Sales and Product with proposals, including RFPs, SOW and any contractual documents related to projectsCollaborate with the Risk & Research Services leadership team to identify and prioritize areas where changes are required based on client requirements and feedback.Coordinate pricing and TATs with service providers and key vendors for new report type launches, scope enhancements/reductions, and improve overall workflow and quality of deliverables.Provide direct supervision of the global delivery team, including coaching and mentoring, to ensure team engagement and operational success.Develop and maintain key performance indicators measuring the effectiveness and quality of the global delivery team.Assist the Senior Director, R&R Services in global recruitment to build capacity and expertise.You HaveMinimum 10 years of experience in information management products, services, and systems, showing an increasing level of responsibility.Minimum 5 years of people management experience including proven ability to motivate and lead teams to performance excellence.Relevant experience in Third-Party Due Diligence is requiredStrong problem solving ability coupled with the ability to make decisions autonomouslyReasonable accommodation: Dow Jones, Making Careers Newsworthy - We are an equal opportunity employer and all qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, pregnancy, age, national origin, disability status, genetic information, protected veteran status, or any other characteristic protected by law.EEO/AA/M/F/Disabled/Vets.
