Job Description

Dow Jones is looking for a Manager to join our Due Diligence team responsible for the creation of high-quality reports on companies and/or individuals using a combination of publicly-available sources and proprietary databases. As a Manager, you will be responsible for managing a team of Research Editors. You will work closely with your peers and your team of Research Editors, ensuring that our content and sources are kept up to date and that reports meet client requirements in terms of accuracy and timeliness. You will report to the Director, Risk & Compliance Services.You WillProvide regular and transparent communication of team objectives and goalsSupervise, support, and develop a team to maximize potential through motivation, coaching, counseling, and delegationEnsure Due Diligence reports meet client requirements in terms of content quality, accuracy, timeliness and completenessCommunicate with clients effectively, addressing their questions and concernsPromote the Due Diligence research process internally and externallyPerform testing of new or enhanced system and product functionalitySupport training of future members of staffContribute to both team and product-initiated projectsSupport R&C with translation services as and when requiredYou Have
