• Understand and assist to coordinate the entire sales processes for project based business (from pre-qualification till successful handover of the project to end customer). \xe2\x80\xa2 Actively involved in the operational aspect of sales processes including but not limited to coordinating pre-shipment and shipment matters, billing cycles and documentations. \xe2\x80\xa2 Understand and apply the basic fundamentals of business administration in project based business. \xe2\x80\xa2 Coordinate and interact with a multi-cultural/disciplinary environment that requires communications across ASEAN countries. \xe2\x80\xa2 Understand the fundamentals of market research in relation to its application to business product of the department. \xe2\x80\xa2 Assist and Support department monthly accounting report, current forecast and Business Planning preparation. \xe2\x80\xa2 Assist and Support in ppt preparation and account costing computation. \xe2\x80\xa2 Assist with other ad-hoc administrative tasks.

• Excellent written and spoken English
• Highly competent knowledge of standard software (esp. MS Excel, MS Powerpoint)
• SAP Knowledge and Experience
