Job Description

The primary purpose of the role of Sales Associate is to represent the PANDORA brand in a superior manner. This includes ensuring the PANDORA Way of Selling is adhered to consistently, customers are at all times on the receiving end of exceptional customer service and professionalism is to be maintained at all times within the store.


SALES

• Follow the “PANDORA Way of Selling” at all times;

• Ensure the store is always restocked;

• Ensure all security procedures are strongly understood and followed with enormous attention to detail;

• Ensure a high level of after sales service by proactively following up on sales orders, deliveries and claim handling;

• Ensure customers are acknowledged immediately when walking into the store;

• Ensure a continuous level of product knowledge including target groups, the product range, customization and selling arguments;

• To build relationship and actively communicate with the VIP customers of the store

• To solicit feedback from customers and share this feedback with appropriate people

• Ensure all directions from the Store Manager and Supervisor are adhered to;

• Ensure the company history is understood and our vision, mission and values are consistently practised within the store;

• Ensure all store operational procedures are strictly adhered to;

• Ensure you are always proactive and that the store is always immaculately clean;

• Ensure visual merchandising standards are consistent and in line with the Visual Merchandising guidelines

• Sales driven;

• Positive, proactive and enthusiastic persona;

• Professionalism and maturity demonstrated through experience and the way one holds themselves;

• Outstanding interpersonal skills and strong communication skills.
