We are a known business services group of companies established since 2002 and serve thousands of Singapore SMEs, subsidiaries of foreign MNCs too.





Our company is ACRA licensed, registered CSP and our admin work involves checking and confirming company data, business client identification and related personal records due to our CSP work.


We are NOT investment/ get-rich/ sales/ promo or anything else. For our work, we do not hardsell/ upsell/ promote/ phone anyone.





1. Job Highlights



Simple and clear job duties with training suitable for all ages, Attend to client emails, process online signup or renewal of services, Send solicited and expected email reminders for ahead of expiry dates, Attend to clients collecting mail and couriers who send letters, packages Professional work in ACRA registered Corporate Services Provider (CSP), Respected professional services company established since 2002 Fair employer, nice colleagues. Some worked, grew >15 years here Office at CBD, normal working hours,

no OT, does not makan you!

Admin Officer (business/ accounting background not required) Carry out administrative work indoors in our own office over emails, Support branch office mail services ad-hoc (simple collection point) Office errands and proper usual office admin work Data entry, scan documents of business records Track client service subscription expiry and send email reminders

3. Job Requirements



Minimum 1 year working experience Knows how to use Microsoft Excel, Word, Google Perform general office administrative duties as and when assigned Handle careful detailed work in processing business documents Mature, responsible, adaptable, logical, analytical thinking skills Willing to learn on the job, training is provided from start to upgrading chances



+ Work happy, no OT, knock off on time!

Cosy office environment (Tanjong Pagar or Raffles Place) with nice colleagues,


Normal working hours: Mondays to Fridays 9am to 6pm


5 day week, no Saturdays no OT no Sundays no weird requests!
