~ Currently Hiring Full Time/Part Time Service Crew~Part-Time Positions Available!- Minimum 20 hours a week- $7 to $10 per hour depending on experience and availabilityFull-Time: 44 hours a weekJob Requirements: Training/Working Location - Lavender/Island-wide With or without F&B experience, training will be provided.1500 Positive, friendly, professional and confident with a pleasant disposition Someone who can roll up their sleeves with a can-do attitude. Possess a high level of professional customer service attitude and a strong focus on customer needs.Roles & Responsibilities: Welcoming customers, informing them about specials or new items, answering questions, and accepting orders and payments. Preparing foods, such as sandwiches or baked goods, brewing tea, and serving items to customers. Packaging food and beverages for sale. Cleaning and restocking work and dining areas, emptying trash and sanitizing equipment and utensils. Learning about brewing methods, beverage blends, food preparation, and presentation techniques to improve food quality. Updating signage and displays to attract customers. Taking inventory and replenishing items in display cases, at tables, or behind the counter. Working as part of a fun, high-energy team.
