Job Description
Job Responsibilities:
- Degree in Information Technology or equivalent field.
- Must have experience in technical services and support for the following areas:
- Virtualization
- Backup and storage
- Windows server environment
- Experience in determine and liaise with product principal, vendors for problem escalation and resolution.
- Should have work with presales and project manager and participate in the design of information and operational support system for either or new implementation.
- Should have experience in communication with customers as required: keeping them informed of incident progress, notifying them of impending changes or agreed outages.
- Must be able to work independently with minimum supervision and coordinate with business applications owners, vendors, consultants, contractors and colleague.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
