Analyst: Involves completing detailed analysis of complex data, systems or ideas and providing reports and recommendations. May also involve day-to-day data management in company software applications. GBS; Controls and process; Vendor management; BPO; Strategic - M&A due diligence and Integration; Change Management; Communications; Labour Relations; KPI Management; Service Delivery Management; Transformation/ GBS; Compliance. Senior: Five (5) years work experience in Transportation industry or Similar, in a Multi National Environment. Preferred ItC, PtP and RtR experience in a BPO environment, with Project Management and Change Management skills. Education: Bachelor degree in finance, accounting, Business Administration or management information system
