Job Description

Responsibilities:

Design, develop, and deliver next-generation intranet portals and business applications leveraging SharePoint Online, Microsoft 365, and Power Platform. Lead and execute complex migration initiatives from Livelink and legacy SharePoint (2010/2013) environments to SharePoint Online using AvePoint, Metalogix, and custom migration frameworks. Design and implement custom enterprise solutions utilizing PowerApps, Power Automate, CSOM, JSOM, REST APIs, and provider-hosted applications. Own the full software development lifecycle (SDLC) -- from requirements gathering and design through development, testing, deployment, and ongoing support -- ensuring alignment with organizational objectives and SLA commitments. Optimize performance and scalability, conduct code and architecture reviews, and enforce best practices in development and deployment. Deliver engaging, responsive, and accessible user experiences using SPFx, AngularJS, Bootstrap, and modern front-end frameworks. Manage and support production environments, driving incident resolution, root cause analysis, and continuous improvement through ServiceNow. Provide technical leadership and mentorship across multiple concurrent enterprise projects, fostering skill growth and knowledge sharing within the team.

Requirements:

Bachelor's or master's degree in computer science, Software Engineering, or related technical discipline. At least 10+ years of progressive experience across the Microsoft .NET Software development lifecycle, with deep expertise in SharePoint (2010-Online) and Microsoft 365 application development and architecture. Preferred: Certified in Core Solutions of SharePoint and SharePoint Development Proven success in designing, developing, and migrating enterprise-grade portals and custom business applications using SPFx, Power Platform, .NET, CSOM, JSOM, and modern JavaScript frameworks. Extensive hands-on experience in enterprise migrations from Livelink and legacy SharePoint platforms to SharePoint Online using AvePoint (DocAve), Metalogix, and PowerShell automation. Strong background in incident management, service operations, and continuous support in enterprise environments utilizing ServiceNow. Proficient in SharePoint-hosted and provider-hosted apps, and web technologies including ASP.NET, HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, AngularJS, and Bootstrap. Expertise in RESTful API integrations, Power Automate workflows, and PowerApps-based custom business processes. Solid experience with SQL Server and Oracle databases, and development tools such as Visual Studio (2013+) and PowerShell. Familiarity with third-party tools such as ShareGate and iTrack. * Certified in Power platform fundamental will be added advantage.
