Job Description

We are seeking a visionary Microsoft Services ( SharePoint) Development Manager to spearhead the design, development, and governance of Microsoft 365 and SharePoint environments-both Online and On-Premise. This is a high-impact leadership role where you'll shape the digital workplace, drive enterprise-wide collaboration, and deliver scalable, secure, and user-centric solutions across the Microsoft ecosystem.

Responsibilities
Solution Design & Development

• Understand & Translate Needs: Partner with stakeholders to capture business requirements and translate them into robust Microsoft 365 solutions.
• Architect Scalable Systems: Design end-to-end architecture across SharePoint, Teams, OneDrive, and other M365 services.
• Build & Customize: Lead development using out-of-the-box features, Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI), and custom code (JavaScript, .NET, SPFx).
• Automate & Optimize: Implement intelligent workflows to streamline operations and enhance productivity.
• Integrate Seamlessly: Connect M365 with enterprise systems (CRM, ERP) and third-party tools for a unified experience.
• Design for Impact: Ensure intuitive, branded, and user-friendly interfaces across all Microsoft services.

Environment Management & Governance

• Own the Platform: Manage SharePoint site collections, permissions, and configurations with precision.
• Secure & Comply: Enforce security protocols and compliance standards to protect data and ensure governance.
• Monitor & Maintain: Proactively oversee system health, performance, and upgrades.
• Lead Migrations: Strategically plan and execute migrations from legacy systems to modern M365 environments.

Collaboration & Support

• Communicate Clearly: Keep stakeholders informed and engaged throughout project lifecycles.
• Empower Users: Deliver expert support, training, and documentation to maximize adoption.
• Partner Across IT: Collaborate with infrastructure, network, and security teams to ensure seamless integration.
• Resolve Challenges: Diagnose and solve complex technical issues with confidence.

What You Bring

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field.
• 8+ years of hands-on experience with Microsoft 365 and SharePoint (Online & On-Premise).
• Expertise in SharePoint architecture, Power Platform, and custom development.
• Strong grasp of M365 services (Teams, OneDrive, Exchange) and integration strategies.
• Proven leadership and project management capabilities.
• Deep understanding of M365 security, governance, and compliance frameworks.
• Excellent communication skills-able to bridge technical and business perspectives.
• Desired certifications:

• Microsoft 365 Certified: Enterprise Administrator Expert
• Microsoft 365 Certified: Developer Associate
