What will you do as a SHE Executive?

As a SHE Executive, you will check on SHE governance and legal and corporate compliance on Workplace Safety / Health and Environmental Protection. You will also coordinate the security-related matters of the terminal.

What do we expect from you as a SHE Executive?

Bachelor's degree or Diploma in related field At least 5 years of experience in safety, health & environment management in a similar industry Certified Workplace Safety & Health Officer with the Ministry of Manpower Certified Fire Safety Manager with the Singapore Civil Defense Force Demonstrate exemplary SHE behavior and motivate others to follow Able to analyze and conduct critical thinking to identify gaps and improvements required

Your core responsibilities are:

Drive the safety of the terminal's operations and the achievement of the terminal's annual SHE targets and plans Act as the terminal's Registered Workplace Safety & Health Officer (WSHO), Registered Fire Safety Manager (FSM) and Port Facility Security Officer (PFSO) and perform these responsibilities including the coordination with the terminal's security team Ensure the terminal operates with minimal impact to the environment and comply with legal environmental protection regulatory requirements Support the terminal's SHE permits and licenses applications / renewals Coordinate the occupational health & industrial hygiene programs in the terminals Coordinate risk management and workplace inspections Report the terminal's SHE performance and progress on improvements made Support the terminal's SHE legal and internal training obligations for all employees and contracted workers Coordinate the terminal's preparedness in emergency response through the organization and monitoring of emergency drills and exercises Implement the terminal's SHE initiatives and Must-Win-Battles (MWBs) Support the terminal's drive to achieve a proactive safety culture Engage contractors for their continual improvement in SHE performance Assist the terminal in the event of an emergency or crisis Prepare the required reports on the terminal's SHE performance Ensure Permit to Work, monitoring records, etc. are updated and maintained Coordinate the annual training plans for terminal employees
