Job Description
Job Responsibilities:
Involve in one or more teams working in 12-hour shift in supporting and up keeping our customer systems running smoothly through:
- Perform daily duty on system monitoring
- Perform incident management and escalate incidents to level 2 maintenance team.
- Perform weekly EndPoint protection updates.
- Perform end user administration of windows AD, RSA and 2FA token.
- Perform Certificate renewal and administration for serves and end users.
- Perform adhoc administration task on firewall and endpoint protection.
- Monitoring and check on server\'s health
- 2 years contract
- 12 hours rotating shift (14-16 days/month) 9am \xe2\x80\x93 9pm, 9pm-9am
- Up to $3500 + allowance + PB
- Novena
- Minimum Diploma in Computer Science /Information Technology or equivalent.
- Has basic knowledge in Windows Active Directory services and WSUS.
- Has basic knowledge in Windows Certificate Authority services.
- Manage and Coordinate between customers and third party vendors for fault resolution where necessary.
- Provide operation support, maintenance and administration.
- Has basic knowledge on Switches and Routers
