Shift Leader, Production (Battery & Electronics)



Location:

Tuas (Free daily shuttle from Choa Chu Kang & Joo Koon MRT)


Salary:

$2,700 - $3,900 gross/month (depending on workdays)

What You'll Do



Lead and Inspire:

Guide, coach, and motivate your production team to hit performance goals.

Plan Smart:

Organize shift operations, delegate tasks, and ensure smooth handovers.

Keep It Safe & Clean:

Enforce safety and PPE standards; conduct incident reviews when needed.

Maintain Quality:

Spot, report, and act on any production issues or deviations.

Train & Grow:

Onboard new operators and strengthen team capability in machinery and safety.

Drive Efficiency:

Support continuous improvement through 5S, ISO, or Lean practices.

What You Bring



Minimum 2 years' experience in

manufacturing

(battery/electronics preferred). Prior experience leading or supervising a

production team

. Comfortable working

rotating day/night shifts

and occasional OT. Knowledge of

workplace safety

and good manufacturing practices.

What You'll Get



Competitive pay:

$2,700 - $3,900 gross/month

(Base $2,500-$2,800 for 4-day workweek)

Allowances:

Shift ($8/day day | $18/day night), Extra Bonus ($3/day), Transport ($4/day)

Bonuses:

13th-month + 1-2 months variable bonus
