Position: Store Manager / F&B Manager ?





ICE&TIME is a dessert shop specializing in Japanese-style shaved ice -- refined, creative, and beautifully crafted.


Our desserts are not just delicious -- they're works of art.





We are now looking for a passionate, responsible, and hands-on Store Manager to lead our Singapore outlet.

Key Responsibilities:





Oversee daily store operations to ensure smooth and efficient service





Lead, train, and motivate team members to maintain high standards of quality and hospitality





Support dessert and beverage preparation and presentation management





Manage staff scheduling, inventory, and basic cost control





Ensure excellent customer satisfaction and handle daily store issues effectively





Communicate closely with technical mentors from China and Japan, as well as with headquarters







Requirements:





Experience in F&B, cafe, or dessert shop management preferred





Passionate about food and Japanese culture





Strong leadership and communication skills





Able to communicate in English and Chinese (Japanese is a plus)





Responsible, proactive, and willing to be hands-on in store operations

Location: Near Tanjong Pagar MRT & Maxwell MRT


Working Hours: 11:00 AM - 11:00 PM (rotating or full shift)


Salary: Negotiable, based on experience and ability
