Job Description

Lead/support the Operating Procedure Update and Plant improvement activities. Support plant related risk assessment and lead compliance of Safe operating work practices. Lead emergency response, Crisis Management during Shift. Responsible for execution of Pre-commissioning, Cold /Hot Commissioning. Support for the Operational readiness of the new plant including walkdowns & punch listing, preparing SOPs & start up planning. Provide suggestion to develop and implement improvements in the operating units. Lead the operation shift team to operate main Process units, utilities, material handling, packaging & warehouse. Provide shift Leadership for plant operation, optimization & troubleshooting to meet the conditions specified in SOPs during normal operation, plant troubleshooting, Start-ups/ Shutdowns / Turn arounds. Perform Permit to Work's job site risk assessment, and issue PTW to achieve safe work executions. Good Coaching & Mentoring Skill to technicians. Knowledge of Singapore Regulations & Industry Lead the team in investigations, troubleshooting and problem solving of incidents and abnormal observations Responsible for managing the day team manpower, workflow scheduling and communication Manage day-to-day manpower administration and planning, workflow scheduling, and inter-departmental communication to ensure safe, smooth and efficient operations Lead in effective shift briefings and ensure key management objectives are communicated in a timely manner Lead Shift team members are trained on the relevant mandatory training Support communicate commissioning of new / old facilities prior handing over to the Operations team. Responsible for the training and supervising of operations day team Train and develop team member in operational competency Train, coach and guide Operations team members in performance improvements Conduct staff performance review and appraisal.

Requirements :

Experience as a Team Coordinator/ Team Leader Possess strong supervisory skills Wealth of hands-on knowledge of terminal operations and in depth site-specific knowledge In depth knowledge of products, equipment and a seasoned SHE expert Knowledge of safety, health and environmental regulations Ability to manage multiple party communication and operate under stress critical Demonstrate supervisory and strong team leadership capabilities critical Well verse and ability to manage emergency situation and response Well verse in process emergency response Demonstrate capabilities in Gas / Petroleum / Petchem operations Industrial operations in support of plants and facilities in critical feed Wiling to work 12 hours rotating shift.
