Job Responsibilities

Plan and manage the roster, time off, hand-punch records and updating e-attendance. Ensure adequate staffing and manpower coverage during each shift. Oversee multiple stations and ensure smooth daily operations. Support hiring, training, and supervising junior staff. Handle customer feedback professionally and resolve service issues. Provide excellent customer service and ensure smooth daily restaurant operations. Take and serve food & beverage orders, set up tables, and maintain cleanliness standards. Assist with events, stock checks, and restaurant administration duties. Any other jobs or duties assigned by the Manager from time to time.

Job Requirements

Experience as a Supervisor in the F&B/hospitality industry. Strong leadership and people management skills (including shift scheduling & rostering). Able to work in a fast-paced environment and stand for long hours. Excellent communication, organizational, and customer service skills. Willing to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
