Key Responsibilities

Designing safe, seaworthy, and operationally efficient stowage plans for container vessels Advocating and executing round?trip stowage planning across regions Ensuring full compliance with safety, stability, stress, and dangerous goods segregation requirements Optimizing vessel utilization to achieve maximum intake with minimum operational cost Driving key planning objectives including Trim Optimization, Crane Split, Shiftings, Master Planning, and Slot Utilization Following up closely with terminals and vessel command to ensure smooth execution of stowage plans Proactively identifying and addressing operational risks or constraints that may impact vessel operations Working collaboratively with internal stakeholders such as Marine, Terminal Operations, Network, Deployment, and Regional teams Maintaining accurate system updates, records, and documentation Contributing to the establishment, review, and continuous improvement of Global Planning SOPs

Preferred qualifications and background: Diploma or Bachelor's degree (any discipline) Experience in Stowage Planning, Terminal Planning, Seafaring, or Marine Operations is an advantage Fresh graduates or candidates with 1-3 years of non?maritime work experience are welcome Familiarity with stowage planning systems and tools is a plus Good command of written and spoken English
