Responsibilities:
Lead and manage ship repair and conversion projects from planning to completion, ensuring schedules, costs, and quality standards are met.
Liaise closely with classification societies, ship owners, engineers, vessel crew, and agents to achieve successful project delivery that meets or exceeds customer expectations.
Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, fostering teamwork and trust.
Identify and capture additional works, preparing detailed work lists and liaising with the Commercial Department for competitive pricing.
Ensure compliance with contractual commitments and naval/marine quality standards.
Requirements:
Degree/Diploma in Naval Architecture, Marine, or Mechanical Engineering.
3-5 years' experience in project management for ship repairs within marine or heavy industries.
Knowledge of project scope involving pipe and cable laying.
* Strong leadership, decision-making, and problem-solving skills; able to manage projects independently.
