• Industry/ Organization Type: Manufacturing & Production
• Position Title: Shipping Admin Assistant/ Shipping Admin
• Working Location: Tuas (Company Transportation: Lakeside MRT)
• Working Hours: 5 days, Monday-Friday (8:15 AM-5 PM)
• Salary Package: Basic Salary + Transport Allowance + Attendance Allowance + AWS + Performance Bonus + 14 days Annual Leave
• Duration: Permanent Role

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor the import shipment ETA, forward relevant documents to the appointed forwarder for cargo clearance & update the inventory report.
• Liaise with appointed forwarder to secure vessel space once received Sales Order from Sales department.
• Liaise with internal departments (Warehouse & QC) for cargo availability & quality approval status.
• Create Standard Transport Order (STO) in the SAP system & generate a picking list.
• Hand over the picking list to warehouse personnel for cargo preparation.
• Arrange transport with forwarder for export cargo collection & delivery.
• Update relevant parties (internal or external) if there is any issue arises (eg, container damage, cargo damage during transfer, vessel delay & etc).
• Prepare incident report & monitor for the closure timeframe.
• Verify supplier invoice before proceeding to create Payment Request in SAP.
• Ad-hoc duties assigned by superior.
