Job Description


  • Position :Shipping Admin Coordinator (Purchase order / Coordination)- Toa Payoh
  • Location : Toa Payoh
  • Working hours : 5 days / Mon - Fri 9am - 6pm
  • Salary (commensurate with experience) : Up to $2600 + AWS + Performance Bonus
  • Duration : Perm
  • Industry : WHOLESALE OF MEDICAL EQUIPMENT
Main Responsibilities:
  • Issuing of Purchase order
  • Co-Ordinate with supplier, customers & forwarders
  • Monitor all incoming / outgoing goods to make sure that they arrive in good condition & correct qty to meet delivery schedule
  • Preparation of shipping documents eg. Perform Inv & packing list
  • Co-Ordination, monitor for clients order
  • Support sales & service team
  • Arrange local deliveries
  • Checking & verifying of suppliers invoices
Requirements:
  • At least 1 year relevant working experience
  • Proficiency in MS Office Application such as Word & Excel
