Job Description

Key Responsibilities


1. Arrange and coordinate domestic and international shipments.


2. ?Prepare and issue Delivery Orders (DO) and Commercial Invoices.


3. ?Handle shipment bookings with courier or freight service providers.


4. ?Prepare and send quotations to customers as required.


5. ?Perform document scanning, filing, and data entry related to shipping and billing.


6. ?Communicate with suppliers, customers, and courier companies to track shipments and resolve delivery issues.


7. ?Provide general administrative support to the logistics and sales teams.





Requirements


1. Minimum 1 year of relevant working experience in shipping, logistics, or administrative support.


2. ?Familiar with preparing delivery and shipping documents.


3. ?Basic knowledge of international courier services (e.g., DHL, FedEx, UPS) is an advantage.


4. ?Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).


5. ?Good attention to detail, strong organizational and communication skills.


6. ?Able to work independently and handle multiple tasks efficiently.
