Identify Supplier invoice or Sales invoice to nominate Air / Ocean LCL shipments for both Imports and Exports. Liaise with Forwarders for Pickup dates and to establish Flight dates for Arrivals and Truck Deliveries Also for SG Exports, to establish Truck Pickup dates in origin and Flight Departure dates. Preparation of Shippers Letter of Instruction [SLI] for both incoming and outgoing shipments. Check draft airwaybill and draft ocean bill of ladings, provided by Forwarders. Monitor shipments and to Liaise with Air forwarders for smooth and FAST Turn-around Linkup. Consolidate documents for SG Incoming GST review and approval by Management on emails. To pass to Finance department to process GST payments. Linkup to inform respective Air forwarders, GST funds/cheque ready for collection, so physical cargoes can be delivered to warehouse. Work closely with Group warehouse, on cargoes readiness for both SG Deliveries and SG Pickup. Responsible for physical Incoming receiving cargoes and Outgoing release of cargoes. Scanning Incoming shipping documents and Outgoing shipping documents Local Incoming & Outgoing deliveries. Report both incoming documents and outgoing documents status via emails to the Team. Incoming shipments To report to Superior To take photos and report any cargoes damage when receiving cargoes. Any other related duties that may be assigned when required.
