Job Description
:
Our Client is a global nutritional manufacturing company.
Responsibilities:
- Coordinate execution of the Imports / Exports related activities.
- Review and maintain General Shipping Instructions.
- Handle customers' complaints, arrange survey and make claims if any.
- Liaise with internal and external parties on any shipping related issues.
- ?Deliver best quality service through establishment of import/export documentation.
- Training and assigning duties for shipping personnel.
- Degree in Supply Chain, Logistics Management or related field.
- Minimum 2 years of relevant experience or role in the market/business environment.
- Relevant operational experience in Customer Service, Demand and Supply Planning as well as Budget Control and Cost Management is preferable.
