Working Hours: 5 days (Mon - Fri, 9.00 am - 6.00 pm)

Key Responsibilities
Process documents for sea and air shipments.
Create invoices, apply for export permits and handle cargo insurance.
Communicate with clients about applying for certificates.
Work with shipping companies.
Prepare and submit the Bill of Lading to shippers or freight forwarders.
Print the Original Bill of Lading from the shipping company\'s online system.
Use Tradenet / Tradeweb to get the necessary permits.
Apply for Certificates of Origin through Tradeweb.
Manage full set of document submissions to banks for DIP, D/A, L/C terms.
Scan and file documents into the company server.
Assist with various ad-hoc tasks as needed.

Preferably with a minimum of GCE \'O\' level.
Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
At least 1-2 years of experience in import/export documentation and shipping.
Strong communication skills for handling calls and emails.
