Duties:
Handle and process import/export shipping documents.
Co-ordinate shipments, delivery schedule and other logistics related workflow.
Prepare weekly inventory report and updates and accountable.
Prepares registration and trade declaration documentation for CUSTOMS clearance and verify freight invoices & billing Clients. \xe2\x80\x93 Using TRADE-NET & MYOB.
Manage daily activities for internal and third party warehouse.
Co-ordinate with Contractors to clear cargo at Local Ports.
Requirements:
-Candidates with working experience in Freight -Forwarding industry/ Import & Export documentation and or Logistics/ Shipping Operations.
-Computer knowledge of *Tradenet System* is A MUST.
-MYOB Business Software
- 5 day work week, 9 to 6 pm.
- UBI HQ Office
