Job Description
Our client is a global trading company, with a diversified range of business activities in construction, engineering, energy and more. With over 4,900 employees and with over 70 global offices worldwide, we are looking for a vibrant and adaptable talent to join them as a Shipping Associate. This incumbent will be responsible in drafting of shipping documentations and handling of any customers\' inquiries.
Location: Raffles Place
Working Hours: Mon-Fri 9AM - 6PM
Salary: Basic up to $4,100 + VB
Responsibilities:
- Process orders and ensure timely shipments to customers.
- Preparation of full set shipping documentation (Ocean and Air freight).
- Manage bank relationships in relations to L/C.
- Prior knowledge in drafting of shipping documentations and L/C.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Offices.
- Knowledge in shipping regulations and policies.
